NST LIXUS TOURIST RESORT
Architectural proposal for the development of a Tourist Settlement, Province of Larache, Marokko
Competition: short-listed for a 2nd phase, July 2005 | Client: Société SALIXUS | Surface: 48.000 qm
The competition area in Western Morocco is characterized by a significant amount of ruins and the river Lukus. Three different developments are to be built on a hill overlooking the stream. This design proposes new residential typologies particularly adapted to tourist needs. The close relationship to the Moroccan landscape was in the foreground at all stages of the design process.
