Rehabilitation of an historic industrial factory into Fashion Showrooms and offices, Madrid, Spain

The historic industrial factory dating from 1935 had to be converted into a fashion centre for the Spanish fashion label ITF, Iriarte Trading Fashion. Among the renovation of the existing structure the project included also a concept for exhibition spaces and a lighting concept. A big challenge was to house the demanded new functions within the existing spaces.
